HCG Fat Loading – Phase 1

Fat Loading (“Gorging”) (Days 1 & 2)

This is an essential step in resetting the body’s fat regulating system and must NOT be skipped!dessert

On the first TWO days of taking  your oral (sublingual) HCG drops, you will need to LOAD up on as many fatty foods as possible to build up fat reserves so your body can use these reserves (much like kindling for a fire) to help the HCG “kick in” and start working away. These 2 loading/gorge days are very important.  This will also ensure that you are not hungry or have cravings during your first week of dieting.

Most people consider this phase is glorious – permission to eat (in any quantity) all the fatty, greasy foods that you typically avoid!  It is often suggested that this phase take place during your “weekend” or “days off” so that you can focus on eating and so that you can enjoy it!

fatty-foodsFoods like fried chicken, pizza, hamburgers and high-fat desserts such as cheesecake or doughnuts are good choices for this phase. The denser the food, the better, and try not to fill up on carbs like pasta or bread – fat is the focus in this phase. It might seem counter-intuitive to begin a diet by gorging yourself on as much unhealthy food as possible,  but the kind of fat that’s stored when these high-fat, high-calorie foods are eaten will be burned off quickly during the low-calorie phase 2.

Healthier fats such as nuts, coconut or olive oil, cheese and avocado are good options for those not wanting to consume so much “unhealthy” fat.

DO NOT SKIMP ON OR SKIP THIS PHASE – IT IS NECESSARY TO ENSURE YOUR SUCCESS WITH HCG.
